 Refund Policy for Æterna Aesthetics

At Æterna Aesthetics, we strive to provide the highest quality of care and ensure our clients are fully informed before undergoing any treatments. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Consent and Agreement

All clients are required to complete and sign a consent form prior to any treatment. This consent form outlines the nature of the procedure, its potential risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Clients will also be presented with options regarding the use of their images, photos, and videos for marketing or educational purposes. Consent for this is entirely optional and can be selected or declined at the time of completing the consent form. By signing the consent form, clients acknowledge that they understand and agree to proceed with the treatment.  

2. Refund Policy

• Before the Procedure:
  • If a client cancels their appointment prior to the procedure being performed, a refund of the treatment cost may be issued, subject to any cancellation fees outlined in our booking terms.
• After the Procedure:
  • Once the procedure has been completed, refunds are not available under any circumstances. This policy is in place as the treatment involves the use of time, products, and professional expertise, all of which are non-recoverable.

3. Booking Fee

To secure an appointment, a booking fee is required. This fee:

• Can be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment.
• Is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice.
• Can be applied toward the cost of the treatment if the client attends their scheduled appointment.

By paying the booking fee, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Dissatisfaction with Results

At Æterna Aesthetics, we aim to achieve natural and satisfactory results for every client. However, as aesthetic treatments can vary depending on individual factors such as anatomy and lifestyle, results are not guaranteed. In cases of dissatisfaction:

• Clients are encouraged to book a follow-up appointment to discuss their concerns.
• Additional treatments or touch-ups, if required, will be charged at the standard rate.

5. Allergic Reactions and Complications

In the rare event of an allergic reaction or complication, clients should contact us immediately. While refunds are not provided, appropriate care and advice will be offered to manage the situation.
